Olympic Fever: Top 5 Horror Movie Sports Deaths

Deadly Movies just loves sports; they’re just so damned dangerous. Just think of it it; swimming pools to drown in, fast cars to crash in, bats and clubs and bash with, spiked shoes to stomp with, and high boards to fall off. And that’s why I love the Olympics. So join Deadly Movies in a celebration of some of horror’s greatest sporting related death scenes:

5: Archery. Arrow through Kevin Bacon’s neck in Friday the 13th (1980)

4: Boxing. Michael Myers decapitates high school boxing champ in Friday the 13th Part 8 (1989)

3: Gymnastics. Bars dismount death in Final Destination 5 (2011)

2: Javelin: Long distance javelin spearing in Fatal Games (1984)

1: Pole-Vault. Spikes in Pole-Vault mat in Graduation Day (1981)
